I have been a volunteer for A Special Wish Foundation for over 7 years.
I volunteer 2 days a week, 8 hours a day, in the office assisting the
Wish Coordinator.
About 8 years ago, I received a Christmas letter and
a brochure from ASWF. I had never heard of them before. The pictures and
stories of the families really touched my heart. I have been blessed
with 2 healthy children and 5 healthy grand-children and felt that I
needed to do something to give back and help those families!
I believe in the people at A Special Wish Foundation and the
wonderful work they do in bringing a bit of happiness to sick children
and their families.
I hope to continue volunteering for as long as they will let me.
