 Heart to Heart for Schools

The Heart to Heart Campaign began as a school project at Perry Middle School in the Worthington School System in 1998. As a community service project, it has blossomed into other communities and school districts, raising thousands of dollars annually.

  • How does it work? Each school “sells” paper heart placards for $1.00. The back of the heart shows a picture and tells the story of a Special Wish child. The front of the heart shows the name of the person who made a contribution towards a wish.

  • Become Involved in the Heart to Heart Campaign! This is a wonderful campaign designed to show students how they can help children with life-threatening disorders. Students really take ownership of their campaign, and have come up with some great ideas:

For each heart sold, the contributors name will be put in a raffle for prizes (anything from electronics to gift certificates)
