Saddlesore Iron Butt Ride
3nd Annual "Iron Butt" Ride for the benefit of
“A Special Wish Foundation”.
We
would be honored to give a very special Thank You to Robert “Hoagy”
Carmichael, Jim Combs, Rick Johnson, George Miller, Coleen Carmichael, a
few very special volunteers from Hoagy’s Heroes as well as A Special
Wish Foundation, as well as everyone at the Hampton Inn and Hog Heaven
in New Philadelphia.
We had a wonderful ride this
year and several wishes will be granted from the proceeds. This grants
MANY wishes for some very deserving children. Please, lets all do our
best to support Hoagy and all the Heroes in their efforts! Visit their

Thank you again to everyone who
rode in the 1000 and 2000 mile rides as well as the local Poker Run.

All Bikes, All riders Welcome!
Want to be part of the fun, but not a bike 1000
miles in 24 hours? Try these options...

If you are not going on the ride and would like to
support Hoagy’s Heroes for the wonderful work they are doing – visit
their website…make a donation, buy a t-shirt, hat or a decal! Show
them we support them for the hard work and long hours they put in
for our kids!!!

If you like to ride but don’t want to ride 1000
miles in 24 hours….Go on the local poker run ride. It’ll be a blast.

Another way to show your support….we need a TON of
volunteers!!! We need people to register riders, verify each rider
at the different stops for the local ride, help with the 50/50
raffle, etc.
The Iron Butt Assoc. is pre-approving our 2006
Saddlesore route. This will expedite our participants Iron Butt Awards
process.
IBA Certification
Those riders and passengers who would like to be certified by Iron Butt
Association (www.ironbutt.com)
must complete the required forms which will be provided by Hoagy's
Heroes at the event sign in. These forms, along with payment for each
participant must be turned in to Hoagy's Heroes staff at the completion
of the ride. If you are submitting IBA forms, please bring cash or a
check made payable to Hoagy's Heroes in the amount required. Hoagy's
Heroes will submit all forms and payments to IBA. Certifications will be
mailed by IBA.
